Most software adds AI at the end: a chatbot in the corner, a summary button nobody asked for. We work the other way around. When intelligence belongs in a product, it's part of the architecture from the first sketch. Models, retrieval, and automation as part of how the thing works, so it gets sharper the more it's used.

And when AI doesn't belong, we say so. AI-native means using intelligence with judgment, not sprinkling it on to look modern.

For years, we designed software for people. Now agents use it too: AI that searches, compares, books, and acts on someone's behalf. The products that do well from here are legible to both, with interfaces, data, and clean APIs that a person and an agent can each make sense of.

We build for that world by default. And we deliver in it too: our own work runs on an agents-driven practice, with our engineers owning every decision that matters. It's how we ship work at a scale that used to take a much bigger team.

No one at Buzzinga writes code by hand anymore. Our engineers plan, architect, and review; coding agents like Claude Code and Codex do the mechanical work. Every repo carries its own documentation, so both agents and people learn the product before touching the code.

The result is more product, built with more care, in less time. Humans stay responsible for every line.
