Buzzinga Co. ("we", "us") is a trading name of Buzzinga Design LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACE-9837). We are a design and development studio based in India, and our registered office address is at the end of this policy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to buzzinga.co: the two places you can share information with us directly, the contact form and the Talk to an Agent chat, and the analytics we use to understand how the site is used.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit the form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, what you are interested in, where you are in your AI journey, and your project description.

Talk to an Agent chat. When you use the chat, we receive the messages you send, along with any contact or project details you choose to share in the conversation.

Analytics and session recording. We use PostHog, a product-analytics platform, to understand how the site is used. As you browse, it records the pages you visit, the links and buttons you interact with, and basic technical details such as your device, browser, referring site, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It also captures session recordings, a replay of on-page actions such as navigation, clicks, mouse movement, and scrolling, so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type into a form field is masked and is not captured in these recordings.

PostHog stores a first-party identifier in your browser to recognize repeat visits. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell your information, and we do not use this data to build profiles for marketing. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we honor it and do not record your session.

How the chat works

The Talk to an Agent chat is provided by Sitekick, a third-party chat platform we use to run the experience. When you send a message, Sitekick processes it on our behalf and uses an AI model to generate the agent's responses. Our team may review chat transcripts to follow up on your inquiry and to improve how the agent answers.

Please treat the chat like any first conversation with a company: share what helps us understand your project, but do not share passwords, financial details, or information you consider confidential.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, set up calls, prepare estimates and proposals, provide the chat service, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make this site work: FormSubmit, which delivers contact form submissions to our email; Sitekick, the third-party platform that powers the Talk to an Agent chat, together with the AI model provider it uses to generate responses; PostHog, which provides the analytics and session recording described above; and our email and hosting providers. Each processes your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it is processed

We are based in India and work with clients and service providers in other regions, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in. Wherever it is processed, this policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and chat transcripts for as long as we need them to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records. Analytics data and session recordings are retained by PostHog for a limited period under our plan and then age out. If you want something deleted sooner, ask us.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, such as the EEA or the UK, those rights apply to how we handle your information. To make any request, email buzz@buzzinga.co and we will respond promptly.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
