Route A
Greenfield builds
You have an idea, a spec, or a validated concept. We take it from Sprint 0 to launch: product thinking, UX, architecture, engineering, and the AI substrate where it earns its place (RAG pipelines, agents, model gateways).
Build
SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps, admin panels, internal tools. Designed AI-native from architecture to UX, engineered with the rigor a demo doesn't have, and owned end to end. From your idea, or your rough prototype, to the real thing.
“We have something to build.”
Two ways in
Route A
You have an idea, a spec, or a validated concept. We take it from Sprint 0 to launch: product thinking, UX, architecture, engineering, and the AI substrate where it earns its place (RAG pipelines, agents, model gateways).
Route B
You built something in Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, or Replit and it works, mostly. Turning it into the real product takes the unglamorous parts: security, a real data model, permissions, infrastructure, and someone accountable for all of it. Same craft, different starting line.
Anyone can vibecode an app now, and we think that's great; we use those tools every day. But a prototype that works in a demo still isn't a product: security, data, permissions, and accountability are what make it one. We build the version people can actually rely on.
What's included
Multi-tenant SaaS, web apps, mobile and PWA, admin panels, integrations, event-driven backbones.
RAG pipelines, agents, decision brokers, model gateways. Built in when the product needs it, not bolted on.
A dedicated cross-functional team: product architecture, user flows, design systems, front end and back end, one point of delivery ownership.
A structured review of what your AI tools produced, and the engineering to make it hold.
Fixed-cost builds for the software your operation runs on.
Discovery, UX, UI, development, CMS, content, launch. End to end.
How we build
We run an agents-driven development practice powered by Claude Code and Codex. Our engineers own architecture, decisions, and review; agents accelerate the mechanical work. Every repo carries its own documentation in markdown, so agents and people learn the product from the docs first, codebase second.
Not the pitch: speed for its own sake. The pitch: the same care, delivered in a fraction of the usual time.
Engagement shape
Every build runs through the same three phases:
Next step
A rough idea is fine. We'll review it, set up a short discovery call, and give you an honest read on scope.
Fixed price, milestone-based. Milestones accepted on deliverables, not dates.
